As a former lawyer, I also struggled with finding a career that satisfied me both personally and professionally. I spent way too much time wondering what I wanted to do next while also being afraid of making the wrong choice.

Today, as an ICF certified coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across different industries from law, tech, finance, sales, consulting, sports, entertainment, and media and have partnered with organizations such as Boston University, University of Penn Law School, New York Bar Association, and Hogan Lovells to share my tools and strategies for creating a fulfilling career.

Client Testimonial

Mo gave me the courage, confidence, and guidance to explore the future of my career. He helped me focus on what was most important to me, challenged me to reach out to mentors and strangers in order to gain the information I needed to make an educated decision, and he held me accountable for what I set out to do. I could rely on Mo to provide me with unsolicited, unbiased guidance. Equally as important, Mo, worked around my busy schedule and was willing to (and did!) jump on the phone when I needed to make timely and challenging decisions. It was a pleasure having the opportunity to partner with Mo as I embarked on my journey.

Because of my experience, I know exactly what you are struggling with and how to get past it.

  • A lack of clarity: You don’t know what you want to do and this uncertainty keeps you stuck.

  • A lack of strategy: You are struggling with how to job search effectively and how to market yourself.

  • A lack of confidence: Underneath all the stuckness and confusion is a fear of failing, a fear of rejection, and a fear of making the wrong career choice.

And what you want is help with:

  • Clarifying what you want to do next

  • Identifying how to connect your skills and strengths to a more fulfilling job

  • Creating an effective step-by-step strategy to find your ideal job

Workshop Testimonial

Going through a career transition is overwhelming. It was helpful to take a look at your framework and see something actionable that can help me create a strategy. The most helpful part (that I underlined) was to hear that you don’t have to know what you want, you just have to be curious. That is where I get tripped up. I feel like I should know what I want. I know what I DON’T want but knowing what I do want is trickier!
