Client Testimonials

It was a pleasure working with Mo. His down-to-earth and calm demeanor helped us establish an excellent rapport right away. Mo provided a safe space to vent, discuss difficult topics, bounce ideas, and celebrate wins. He is a great active listener; he would ask pertinent and thoughtful questions to delve deeper as needed so that I could explore competencies or behaviors further or suggest a way to reframe my perspective on the topic being discussed. Mo often shared simple techniques or memorable phrases that I could easily recall and would often leverage in practice, allowing me to lean into the effort needed to achieve my goals. - Lazaro G. - Senior Director of Operations at FMI

When I began my coaching sessions with Mo, I had a lot of insecurities about my ability to manage in my new role as a Manager. By the end of my first session, I had a sense of optimism and purpose that I hadn't sensed in a while. Mo listened to me describe situations I was facing in my professional life and was able to tie them into my personal life experiences. His ability to listen to my words and connect them to my motivations was very effective in guiding me in the right direction. I have noticeably improved my mindset and swag. I owe most of it to him! - Bakari B. - Manager at Freshly
