To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

CAREER CHANGE PROCESS

If you are feeling like it is time for a change, respect that feeling. You don't have to know what comes next. In fact, the first step is acknowledging this feeling. Consider it your personal dashboard emergency light going off alerting you to hit pause and take a moment to ask yourself "What is this feeling trying to tell me?" Ultimately your desire for change is a journey to become the most authentic version of yourself.

STATE OF DISCONTENT

A state of discontent exists when who you are is not fully aligned with what you do. In other words, you have reached a point where what you care about and what is important to you is no longer reflected in your work. You know you are capable of so much more but because your work does not meet all of your needs you feel unfulfilled.

ZONE OF FULFILLMENT

You want work that puts you in your zone of fulfillment; where your interests and talents combine with opportunities for you to do meaningful and fulfilling work that meets your needs both personally and professionally.

POWER OF PERSPECTIVE

We tend to get stuck in a limited view of what is possible for us and our career. It is natural to think that we aren't ready or that we aren't good enough to try something new. Finding what we want requires a shift in perspective that allows us to overcome these limiting beliefs so that we can take the necessary actions to create the career we want.

THE CHALLENGE

The career growth process is by definition challenging. You are required to break free from old ways of thinking and explore unfamiliar territory in order to achieve your goals. Coaching gives you the structure and support to successfully navigate this transition by taking you through the process step by step at your own pace.

THE REWARD

The pursuit of a meaningful career is the opportunity to find out who you really are and to do work that matters to you. The reward becomes not only what you get, but who you become in the process. You will know yourself as a person who is capable of rising to the challenges of life and accomplishing whatever you put your mind to.
